The room was great-sized with a view, value for money. The breakfast of this place was generous and satisfactory at 9.50am, greatly enjoyed it. The staff were consistently courteous in the whole hotel.

The hotel is very centrally located close to the Auckland CBD. It is competitively priced and a good location if you were travelling to Auckland for business. Its facilities are clean - and simple. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

The gym is basic - only a weights machine. No running or other cardio machines.

The staff was very attentive and absolutely courteous, they did a nice job. the room I booked was kept very clean and available with a kitchenette and good air conditioning. - the location was favorable, just a short walk to the Civic Theatre.

It was clean and comfortable. The location was great and it was easy to find and be able to get around to different parts of the city. Staff were friendly as well. They also had the portacot all ready to use. Thanx.

Just I guess the noise early hours of the morning of people not wanting to go to sleep, but, in saying that it had no effect on my children that were fast asleep,so it didnt really bother me.

The continental breakfast was not very healthy or substantial. No healthy cereals were on offer, and the only thing for the toast was a choice of 2 jams & butter. By the way, I didn't notice many people eating there. Gym was very sparse for equipment.

Walking distance to most areas in the city area especially the wharf, harbour, bus terminals, sky tower, markets, K'road and Queen Street.

There were some moulds between the tiles in the bathroom which could easily be removed if the cleaning had been more thorough. A copy of newspaper was found behind the air cooler, left behind by previous guests.

The hotel of choice in Auckland. Quirky venue with very attentive and absolutely courteous employees on shift. Generous breakfast, great food, reasonably priced. Fast check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Magnificent and ideal location, at a moderate distance from Queen Street. Found in the very very nice area adjacent to the busses.
